My husband and I raised our family with Kidpower Colorado classes while living in Colorado Springs. After relocating to Northern Virginia in 2016 we knew that Kidpower needed to be brought to the area. I am thrilled to share these fun and active classes with my new community! We teach skills that everyone can use to have safe and healthy relationships.

After attending a Kidpower workshop with my daughter and quickly experiencing the empowering benefits of the Kidpower safety skills with my family, I decided to train in 2015 to become an instructor so I could bring Kidpower Virginia to the Washington, DC metro area. I am passionate about teaching and practicing safety skills such as awareness, setting boundaries, when and how to ask for help, and healthy communication with children and adults. I look forward to sharing these life changing skills with the community.
