A very recent Kidpower donor wrote, “I am making this donation in honor of the child I was when I needed these skills.”

On the eve of a new year, we ask you to reflect on two memories. First, think back at a time when someone took a stand that helped you be safe. How did that feel?

Next, consider a time when the support you needed was missing. How would things have been different if someone else helped, either by stepping in or by having known how to teach you ways to use your own power in an age-appropriate way?

Donating to Kidpower is a way to take a stand for safety. It’s a stand you can take in honor of past suffering that might have been avoidable.

It’s also a stand in honor of the sibling, the parent, the teacher, the friend, or the stranger who put the safety of a child ahead of embarrassment, inconvenience, or offense.

Your Gift of Safety to Kidpower is a way to ‘be there’ when it most matters.

Click to donate securely online through our webpages on PayPal or  Network for Good

You can also send a check to Kidpower, P.O. Box 1212, Santa Cruz, CA 95061

You can have double the impact if you give today. A generous donor will match all gifts between now and the end of 2013!

Safety grows when people take action to support it. Thank you in advance for doing what you can to build safer schools, families, and communities!

With deep appreciation,
