Visit our Learn Online page to see three types of new workshops open for enrollment!

1. PARENTPOWER PROGRAMS

You’ll find three Parentpower Programs, each focused on one of three topics: Bullying Prevention; Sexual Abuse Prevention; and Out in Public During Troubled Times – Making Family Safety Plans. Partial scholarships available!

“I am trying to legally adopt my young child and have taken a lot of parenting classes. Frankly, your workshop is by far one of the best, most informative trainings I have had this year!”
– Parentpower Online Workshop Participant

2. KIDPOWER STARTING STRONG through Outschool

Now enrolling – a new session of our well-received Kidpower Starting Strong Safety Skills Workshop Series online for kids ages 3-7 and their adults taught by Kidpower instructors through Outschool. Join this workshop with your child to have fun learning safety through social stories, games, and puppet demonstrations! Spaces are limited, and enrollment is through Outschool.

3. NEW -SPECIAL WORKSHOP OPPORTUNITIES

Visit our Learn Online page to find a new group of workshops open for enrollment: sessions organized by groups of all kinds that want to open their workshop to others. We created this new section to help spread the word! The workshops in this section are open for enrollment by the general public, within the boundaries listed for each (such as age or geographic location). Read each listing, and if you’d like to learn more or sign up, you’ll find information you need to reach out directly to the organizing group.

Four workshops are listed in the Special Workshop Opportunities section today – but check back regularly, because the list will constantly change, and some workshops may be listed for just a day or two!

Kidpower does not oversee enrollment or registration for the Outschool or the Special Opportunities workshops – all enrollment is managed by Outschool or by the organizing group. So, while our community workshop scholarship policies don’t apply to these classes, we want to do all in our power to provide you with the safety information you need – so, email us at safety@kidpower.org about setting up a workshop for your group!
