I’ve known Avery Holmes, who describes himself as a “Kidpower native”, since he was born!

When Avery, who is now studying Zoology at the University of Glasgow, approached me with an idea to make short videos about Kidpower for people of all ages, I had no idea how utterly cool his first “Kidpower Shorts” episode would turn out!

Avery’s distinctive style, clarity, and humor make this a powerful and fun safety lesson.

I think that adults, teens, and youth will all enjoy seeing how Avery shows ways to practice one of Kidpower’s most fundamental safety skills — Awareness! Being aware with your body and your mind in daily life can help you avoid problems and go about the world with more calm and confidence!
