The second episode about boundaries discusses some examples of negative reactions to boundaries, and ways in which people can ignore or disregard them. Negative reactions to boundaries are common and normal, and they can still be hard to manage or resist. This episode provides examples and practices of how to apply Kidpower skills in communication and emotional safety to persist in setting boundaries, even when someone is upset, angry, or indifferent.

Avery is a Kidpower native and is currently studying Zoology at the University of Glasgow. He is glad to be supporting Kidpower by producing the Kidpower Shorts, which he hopes will be accessible and helpful to people of all ages around the world!
